Three things, done by the owner. For homes and storefronts in Salt Lake, Utah, Wasatch and Summit counties.
Window cleaning
Inside and out, with the frames and sills wiped down. Second-storey and high glass is done from a pole or a ladder, so tall great-room windows aren't a problem.

Screen cleaning and re-screening
Screens come down, get washed, and go back up. If one is torn, I re-screen it on site during the same visit, so you don't have to order a new one.

Gutter and downspout cleaning
Gutters are cleared by hand, downspouts are flushed, and the strainers are emptied so water actually gets off the roof.
